It is truly something to behold, yes! I was shocked the first time I saw one - among many other things in the modern day, home appliances, for example. The vast amount of electricity, motor vehicals absolutely everywhere, and such tall buildings - really everything is in excess and so crowded together.

Goodness. One day when we both have time I have to insist that you tell me about it. Some of my friends have told me bits and pieces, and yet it is such a fog...but be honest with me. In spite of the inevitable excess and crowding as human nature tends towards, is it better or worse than your own time?

I should be glad to tell you all I know, and indeed it is undoubtedly better. Much can be said for the convenience, naturally, and the innovation itself, however, society is the truly amazing thing. I suppose you could say it is more like this place in some ways. Far fewer restrictions, particularly of the gendered or racial sort, as well as propriety, taboo, and morality.

Fascinating! And here I was concerned that some things would never change. Without chafing under some of the more ridiculous restraints, dreams might be more easily made reality -- ah, Henry, this gives me an undeniable hope.
